• Building: an MCP server reference implementation in Java, designed to be the canonical “your first MCP” starter
• Writing: the cornerstone guide on MCP servers (~8K words, in draft)
• Reading: the latest Claude Code skills changelog, and a few of the better community plugins on the Claude Code Plugin Marketplace
• Tools I am using daily: Claude Code (Max plan), Beehiiv, OBS, DaVinci Resolve
